At CITES CoP20, Jubaea chilensis was listed in Appendix I, placing the species under the highest level of international trade protection and restricting commercial trade.
Patagonia Plants, together with our Chilean partners, is currently working with the Chilean CITES authorities to obtain an approved framework similar to the one already in place for *Araucaria araucana*, which is also listed in CITES Appendix I. This would allow us to resume the legal commercial trade of artificially propagated *Jubaea chilensis* plants and seeds. Until such approval has been obtained, we are unfortunately unable to supply Jubaea chilensis seeds or plants.
